Fulfillment Policy

Service Delivery Policy

  1. Our dog training services are provided at Good Dogz KC/client's location.
  2. Training sessions are scheduled at mutually agreed times between the trainer and the client.
  3. Each session typically lasts 60 minutes.
  4. We aim to start all sessions on time. If a trainer is running late, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Clients may reschedule or cancel a session without charge if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be charged 50% of the session fee.
  3. No-shows will be charged the full session fee.
  4. If we need to cancel a session, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer a free rescheduling or full refund.

Refund Policy

  1. If you're unsatisfied with a training session, please contact us within 48 hours of the session to discuss your concerns.
  2. We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for the first session if you're not completely satisfied.
  3. For package deals, unused sessions will be refunded if you choose to discontinue services.
  4. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Package and Subscription Cancellation

  1. Training packages can be cancelled at any time. Unused sessions will be refunded at the prorated rate.
